TUMOR IMAGING LIGHTS UP CANCER AND ITS ‘SHIELD’

 A brand-new imaging representative could let doctors determine not just several kinds of growths but the bordering normal cells that cancers cells take control of and use as a shield to protect from destruction, scientists record.


The imaging representative, described as LS301, has received authorization for investigational use in small medical tests at Siteman Cancer cells Facility at Barnes-Jewish Medical facility and Washington College Institution of Medication. The first test will investigate its use in imaging bust cancer cells.
